On receipt of the gift voucher the recipient will telephone
or email to arrange
the date and time for their coaching
session(s).
The recipient of the coaching is responsible for calling the
coach at the agreed time. All call charges are the recipient's
responsibility. (Calls can be received via Skype, Vonage, and
BT landline. )
