Why is life balance so important?
Life balance is not always about making sure
that you have equal time across the many aspects
of your life.
When you understand what you want and what
you need to do to make it happen,
you can then choose how to spend
your time, energy, attention and resources

of the need to balance your time, energy
and resources between the different areas of your life
to make sure that you are working at the best level
to achieve what you want in your life.

Your choice
As always it is all about your choice. There
are different levels of support available in addition to the
weekend.
You can attend just the weekend or
choose to gain additional support
through telephone one to one coaching, or by
joining group tele seminars.

Timing and venue
The weekends are designed to start at 10.00 am on a
Saturday and finish on a Sunday at 16.00.
Times may vary slightly and therefore they will be confirmed
one week before the start of the weekend.
Currently weekends are held in the South of England
and in Manchester with other venues to follow.
